Booking should be made at least 24 hours in advance or subject to availability.
For safety reasons, pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions or other serious medical issues should not join the dune drive. If you have any of these conditions, please inform your driver so you can be taken directly to the desert camp without a dune drive.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions, Happy Adventures Tourism reserves the right to reschedule the tour for your safety and comfort.
As per UAE law, traditional bellydance performances will not be available during Ramadan or any other special Islamic days (dates may vary).

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or tour dates changing within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, and the voucher will be forfeited.

Can I join the tour if I stay in Sharjah, even though the pickup is in Dubai?

Yes, we also provide pickup and drop-off from selected locations in Sharjah. Our designated meeting points include Sharjah City Center, Mega Mall, Sahara Center, and Nesto near National Paints. Please be ready at your chosen location at the confirmed pickup time.

What kind of bus is used for the city-pickup and is it comfortable?

We use modern air-conditioned coaches with fixed seats. They accommodate the bus portion of the transfer to the desert meeting point.

What time should I arrive at the central pickup point?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled bus departure time. The exact time will be confirmed upon booking based on your pickup location.

Is the 4×4 dune ride included even though I’m on a shared bus pickup?

Yes. After the bus takes you to the meeting area, you’ll board one of our 4×4 vehicles for the dune-bashing portion and then transfer to the camp as usual.

Can I leave the tour early if I need to head back from the camp earlier?

No, because the pickup and return schedule is fixed for the bus and 4×4 ride. If you need an early exit, please contact our support team before booking to discuss alternate options.
