Booking should be made at least 24 hours in advance or subject to availability.
For safety reasons, pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions or other serious medical issues should not join the dune drive. If you have any of these conditions, please inform your driver so you can be taken directly to the desert camp without a dune drive.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions, Happy Adventures Tourism reserves the right to reschedule the tour for your safety and comfort.
As per UAE law, traditional bellydance performances will not be available during Ramadan or any other special Islamic days (dates may vary).

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or tour dates changing within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, and the voucher will be forfeited.

Yes. The meeting area has free, secure parking with staff on-site to guide vehicles and ensure safety during your entire desert safari experience.

How will I recognize the exact meeting location in the desert?

After booking, you’ll receive a Google Maps pin with written directions and a landmark image to help you easily identify the correct spot.

What happens if I arrive late to the meeting point?

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to wait for the next 4×4 round. It’s best to leave early to enjoy the full safari schedule without delay.

Is this package suitable for visitors who are not familiar with desert driving?

Absolutely. You only drive on paved roads to reach the meeting point; dune driving is handled entirely by our trained 4×4 drivers.

Can I still enjoy all camp activities even though I’m driving myself?

Yes. The only difference is transportation to the desert. Once you reach the meeting point, you’ll join the same dune bashing, dinner, and entertainment as all other guests.
