  • As per UAE law, traditional bellydance performances will not be available during Ramadan or any other special Islamic days (dates may vary).

  • Appointments canceled or tour dates changing within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, and the voucher will be forfeited.

What type of bus is used for the central pickup service?
Guests travel in air-conditioned, tourist-class buses designed for comfort during the short transfer from the city to the desert area.
Can I bring a stroller or small luggage on the bus?
Yes. Small bags are allowed, but heavy luggage and Strollers aren’t permitted due to limited storage space. The strollers can't be used or moved in the sand.
What happens if I miss my central pickup time?
If you miss the scheduled bus, we’ll do our best to place you on the next available one, depending on seat availability. However, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the booking will be considered a last-minute cancellation and no refund will apply. You may still join the tour by driving directly to the desert parking area using any type of car.
Are there restroom facilities at the desert meeting area?
Yes, both the desert base and the main camp have separate clean restrooms for men and women.
Can I upgrade from the bus package to a private 4×4 later?
Upgrades are possible depending on seat availability; you can request this at the time of booking or before the pickup day.
